Not super salty but brings tons of flavor. Being from SM but not having a central coast BBQ, this seasoning lets me go home whenever I can find tri tip.
We love this seasoning. It adds the perfect flavors to any kind of meat we have. Pork, beef or chicken. My only complaint is that it doesn’t come in bigger bottles! 10/10 would buy this seasoning again over many many others.
Great blend of seasoning salts. Definitely a true Santa Maria style blend. Be great to get in a larger container.
